Recreate IE7 desktop shortcut

If you want to remove existing IE shortcuts on desktop, run following command

C:\WINNT\system32\ie4uinit.exe -BaseSettings

If you want to create IE shortcuts on desktop, run following command

C:\WINNT\system32\ie4uinit.exe -UserIconConfig
